Position: Production Supervisor(METAL STRUCTURE) Industry: Metal/Steel/Iron/Aluminum/Fabrication Location : Abu Dhabi Locally Available Prepared Qualification: BE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Holder Job & Description: MS office skill must Welding & material knowledge is a must Proficient in reading technical drawings Minimum 3 years of experience in metal fabrication in material, welding & painting. Good knowledge of fabrication, welding and production processes & standards; knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Operation knowledge of heavy equipment (Forklift, Crane operation) Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies and procedures for workers. Determine standards, budgets, production goals, and rates, based on company policies, equipment and labor availability, and workloads. Confer with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints, or grievances. Calculate labor and equipment requirements and production specifications, using standard formulas. Plan and develop new products and production processes.
